1.1 Warranty, Returns, and Refund Policies
International orders:
Products are eligible for return within 30 business days from the date of delivery. The customer has 15 days from the day of their purchase to notify our customer care team with their return request. However additional shipping and extra taxes will be borne by the customer.
For items purchased on promotion or discount, returns are not accepted unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
Costa Rican orders:
Garment exchanges in Costa Rica can be made by presenting the original receipt within 30 calendar days following the purchase date indicated on the receipt.
Ways to Make a Product Exchange or Return within Costa Rica:
- At our distribution center located at Avenida Escazú, by making an appointment in advance via our WhatsApp line at Tel. 8302 5460.
- Notify us of the exchange/return to coordinate the process by emailing sales@sularawear.com or via our WhatsApp line at Tel. 8302 5460. Through this channel, you must send a photo of the garment for case analysis. Then, you will need to return the garment by securely packaging it and sending it to SULARAWEAR S.A: Bodegas Loq Storage, Avenida Escazú, San Rafael de Escazú, Costa Rica. The product condition will be validated upon receipt. If approved, the exchange will be processed. If the product does not meet the exchange conditions, we will inform you of the reason and send the product back to the original delivery address.
Exchanges will be made in the following cases: verifiable manufacturing defects or new product exchanges (such as size, color, or style change).
To accept the exchange, the product must be in perfect condition, unused and unwashed, with tags and original packaging. If all mentioned conditions are met, SULARA will proceed with the merchandise exchange.
For items purchased on promotion or discount, returns are not accepted unless the product has a manufacturing defect.
The exchange will be subject to inventory availability. If the customer does not wish to select another item at the time of the exchange, a Credit Note will be issued, valid for 30 calendar days from the date indicated on the document.
The shipping cost, as mentioned, for the return of the product and the platform commission for the payment method used will be borne by the customer.
All exchanges or returns will be made according to the following guidelines:
- It will be exchanged for an identical product to the one previously purchased.
- It will be exchanged for other SULARA product(s) of the same monetary value as the purchased product.
- If the product has a higher value than the invoiced SULARA product, the customer must pay the difference.
- No cash refunds will be made for choosing products of lesser monetary value than invoiced in SULARA.
A refund will only be made in the following case:
- If there was an error in the purchase process by SULARA, the refund will be made via the same payment mechanism.
Shipping costs will only be covered by SULARA when SULARA has made an error in dispatching the products, or when it is verified that product damage was due to irregular handling during transportation or quality defect. Otherwise, the customer must bear the shipping costs associated with exchanges or returns.
1.2 Discount Code Policies
Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions/discounts. Only one (1) discount code will be accepted per transaction.
2.0 Payment Process
The payment process can be completed in the following ways:
- On sularawear.com, payment can be made by card. The payment system is through Tilopay and/or PayPal, which will continue with the payment process. Sularawear.com does not have access to your financial information at any time. Therefore, SULARA is not responsible for any unauthorized disclosure and/or misuse of this information. By making a purchase, the user agrees to be redirected to these platforms, which will be solely and directly responsible for the information requested therein, exempting SULARA from any claim due to any non-compliance in the handling of this information by the platform.
- Bank Transfer or Sinpemovil will also be available for purchases in Costa Rica.

- The accounts are indicated during the purchase process, and proof of payment must be sent to the WhatsApp line Tel. 8302 5460.
3.0 Discounts and Promotions
- All promotions are valid while supplies last.
- All goods are subject to warranty.
- Promotions are not combinable with other offers.
- Garments purchased during a specific online discount events are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Any promotion or discount can be changed or eliminated at any time without prior notice.
4.0 Restrictions on Use and Intellectual Property
The user agrees not to reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly share, transform, or modify the content without prior authorization from the rights holder of SULARAWEAR S.A. Do not alter the copyright, trademarks, or patents of sularawear.com.
SULARA is a registered trademark. No rights, title, or interest in any content or material is transferred as a result of the previously mentioned activities. SULARA holds ownership of any content you download, reproduce, print, redistribute, or save from this site.
You are permitted to use the content only as expressly authorized by SULARAWEAR S.A in its policies, terms, and conditions; any reproduction, copying, or distribution of the aforementioned content is prohibited and may lead to civil and criminal actions.
5.0 Typographical Errors
SULARAWEAR S.A reserves the right to modify the commercial offerings presented on the website (modifications on products, prices, promotions, and other commercial and service conditions) at any time.
We make every effort to ensure that the information displayed on the website is accurate and free of typographical errors. However, if an error of this type or a system error occurs, unrelated to the intentions of SULARA, it will be corrected immediately.

6.0 Colors
SULARA has made an effort to display the colors of garments as close to reality as possible. However, the color of garments displayed on the screen may vary depending on the quality of your computer or mobile device monitor. In this regard, SULARA cannot guarantee that the colors appearing on the monitor match reality accurately.
7.0 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing and using the website sularawear.com, you agree to be subject to the terms and conditions, and all applicable laws will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Costa Rican laws.
