How do I create an account?

You can create an account either before or during your checkout process. To create an account prior or separate from the purchasing process, select Sign In at the top right corner of the Sulara website. To create an account during your purchase, simply continue with the checkout process. You will receive a page that asks if you want to create an account, sign in with your existing account or checkout as a guest.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

You can check out on sularawear.com with a registered account or as a guest. When you check out with a registered account it will be more convenient to track and manage all of your sularawear.com orders.

I forgot my password, how do I sign in?

If you forgot your sularawear.com password, select Sign In and then Forgot your password. You will receive an email that will give you further steps in creating a new password.

How do I update my Sulara account?

After signing into your account, you can update any field. Simply click on the field you wish to update and save.

Is my information secure on this website?

Sulara believes in providing a safe and secure experience for all of our online visitors. To that end, we have implemented security measures at sularawear.com to protect the information we have collected on the Website. For example, we limit access to your personal information to select employees and others with a valid business need for the information. In addition, we hold our employees responsible for upholding our privacy standards. 

While we use the foregoing security measures to protect your information, please note that no data transmitted over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

How do I use a promotional code?

Visit My Shopping Bag to apply your discount code (coupon codes are not case sensitive) and select apply. Make sure you are signed into a SULARA account. Coupon codes are only valid while signed into an account. You cannot apply more than one coupon code to your order.

What are the restrictions on promotional codes?

Be sure to note the restrictions associated with a promotion. Promotions may be limited to purchases from eligible styles, a specified group of items or minimum order price. Promotional offers do not apply to collaborations or gift card purchases. Only one promotional code may be used per order. All promotions are available for a limited time during indicated dates, and only while supplies last.

What is my order status?

If you are a registered user, you can check your order status by simply signing into your account and selecting your order. The status of your order will be shown throughout the entire process. Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking information.

Can I change my order?

There is a limited amount of time that you can update or change your order. You must contact Customer Service within 1 hour of placing an order. Your order cannot be updated once the warehouse begins to process it.

How do I cancel my order?

There is a limited amount of time that you can cancel your order. You must contact Customer Service within 1 hour of placing an order. Your order cannot be cancelled once the warehouse begins to process it. 

Do you offer your products wholesale? 

Yes, we do! Everything you see on the site is offered wholesale to approved retailers. To apply for an account, kindly email us.

Does Sulara charge sales tax?

At this time, Sulara only charges sales tax to orders with billing and shipping addresses within Costa Rica.
