International shipping
Sulara ships worldwide. All orders are processed and shipped via DHL Express. Shipments are made during business hours from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Please note that transit times may vary due to delays at Customs. If you have a problem with your order please contact us at info@sularawear.com
Sulara is not responsible for charges, taxes or fees generated by said international shipments and/or by the Customs of each country. These Customs charges are the responsibility of the client.
A tracking number will be available when the order has been shipped. Sulara will not be responsible for orders lost in transit.
Free shipping applies only to our clothing lines. Gift cards and events do not count toward the free shipping total.
We offer free shipping for orders above $150 USD.
If the purchase amount is less than $150 USD, the shipping cost will be approximately $35 USD.
Shipping within Costa Rica
Orders in Costa Rica are expected to be delivered within 2 to 4 business days. We always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible!
These delivery times may vary during promotions and/or special events. Occasionally, the timeframe stated here may be extended due to circumstances beyond SULARA’s control.
Purchases made on weekends and Costa Rican holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders will be delivered between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.
If we are unable to supply any product in the order due to a lack of stock or inventory of any selected items, SULARA reserves the right to cancel the order and/or only deliver the products that are available. Naturally, we will contact you immediately, and the payment will be refunded to the original payment method as soon as possible.
It is important to note that the products we offer may sell out; however, we always make every effort to fulfill your shopping experience satisfactorily and offer substitute or similar product options.
Delivery Method: Shipping
Most shipments within the Greater Metropolitan Area (GAM) are handled by private couriers, while deliveries outside the GAM are carried out by Correos de Costa Rica.
When the delivery is managed by Correos de Costa Rica, the shipment status can be tracked through this link. The tracking number will be sent via an email from SULARA once the order has been shipped.
Free Shipping
Costa Rica: For orders above $100 USD.

If the purchase amount is less than $100 USD, the shipping cost will be approximately $6 USD.
You may also choose 24 hour delivery within the GAM with a cost of approximately $10 USD.
Delivery Method: Pick-Up
Sulara also offers the option to pick up orders at our distribution center located in Avenida Escazú. To arrange the pickup, please contact us via WhatsApp at +506 8302 5460 to schedule a time. Orders will be available for pick-up between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
The pick-up option is not available during special events and promotions.
Please note that shipping costs and delivery times for purchased merchandise may change without prior notice, depending on the commercial terms of our logistics operators and/or courier services, as well as any external fluctuations or increases beyond SULARAWEAR S.A.'s control.
