Since we started the company in 2014 we had three essential things that have been part of our brand: fashion, spirituality and travel because they raise our vibes and connect our soul also aligning with our core values.
We have always posted more in relation with fashion and spirituality but now we are introducing more about travel because for us exploring a new place does wonders for our mental and emotional health. It enhances our creativity, helps us reinvent ourselves and we get to see the colors in life by discovering new cultures, religions, gastronomy, art, architecture among other things.
Now in Sulara we are introducing a ‘travel diary’ of each new place we get to explore so you can get to see the #sularalifestyle of the place and get some tips to discover as well!

Crete has been our first destination and we want to share with you some tips so you can truly understand what makes it so special!
Chania is a picturesque town where you can enjoy incredible food, the wonderful harbor, old buildings and great architecture. It is full of magic, beauty and history!
Here are some of the tips you need to know for living the #sularalifestyle in the city!
-Learn how to say thank you in Greek. ‘Efcharistó’ (Ευχαριστώ) is the most popular way. Click the link to learn how to pronounce it.
-Shopping in Chania is lots of fun. In the old town you will probably get lost in the narrow streets but you will find lots of family-owned businesses which are the ones where we prefer to shop. You can buy anything from an evil eye accessory to interesting decorative figures from Greek mythology.
-Visit our favourite apothecary in Chania. One of the things we love the most when we travel is finding a nice local apothecary or drugstore to buy local beauty and wellness products from the local area. In this city our favorite place was: Apotheke Simple Concept. It is in the center of Chania where you can find most of the stores.
-Drink a Greek Freddo. For the hot summer days there is nothing better than a nice cool drink. A Freddo Espresso is basically 1 shot of espresso poured hot into a metal canister. It's then mixed in an electric blender with milk and a couple of ice cubes and sugar to your taste.
-Observe a beautiful sunset. It is one of the most beautiful sunsets we have ever experienced. You can see it next to the beach or in the lighthouse of Chania, which is so magical as well.
-Finally, our favorite restaurant was the Ginger Concept, which serves great food and drinks outdoor all-day in the most picturesque square of the old city. It also has a nice concept store where you can buy locally made clothes, hats and accessories.
