International shipments are shipped via DHL Express Worldwide who provide customs clearance and delivery service usually within 2-7 business days from date of dispatch

Sulara ships your orders through our messenger and outside of the metropolitan area with Correos de Costa Rica. The delivery time in Costa Rica is approximately 3 to 5 business days, which begin to count at the moment of confirmation of your order through the payment platform.

If you place your order after 4:00 PM, it will be processed the next business day.

If you place your order over the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be processed the next business day.

The shipping cost in Costa Rica is US$ 5; for purchases of more than US$ 100, the shipping cost will be free.

Please note that during high volume holidays, delivery times may suffer delays.

EXCHANGES

How can I exchange an online purchase of Sulara items?

You have 30 days from the dispatch date of your order to make exchanges.

Note: All articles on SALE will be considered final SALE and will not be exchange.

CANCELATION 

You may cancel your order if your order has not been sent to the shipping department. Once your order is packed up whether its still in our studio or on route, you cannot cancel. For approved cancelations, refunds will be issued minus shipping costs and credit card transaction fees. Shipping is non refundable.

CAN I RUSH MY PRODUCT ORDER?
